ACQUISITION CRITERIA

We're searching for an easy-to-understand, service-based business that generates $500k+ in cash flow.

STEP ONE

Connect & Consider

Let’s connect and share goals and objectives.  Cory admires entrepreneurs and would enjoy hearing about the evolution of your business.  We will ask for some high level information and submit an expression of interest to you.

STEP TWO

Intention & Agreement

If you believe there is a fit, we may ask for additional information about your business.  We’ll discuss and agree upon key deal terms to be included in the Letter of Intent

STEP THREE

Diligence & Closing

We will dive a bit deeper and ask for additional information while we conduct due diligence.  We will be transparent and collaborative, and aim to move quickly to close the transaction and execute our mutually agreed transition plan.
